1. Emotional Problem:

  • Emotional swing, e.g. while enjoying games, he became moody immediately when he did not get what he wanted


  • More calm and relaxed when interacting with elephants and peer group; this carried over to interactions with other children in the clinic.
  • Noticed more emotional stability and ability to express emotions appropriately to the context (e.g. following the rules of games and accepting when others win)

2. Mal-adaptive Behavior: Aggression

  • Throwing objects at others
  • Yelling at other participants
  • Hitting others when he is not satisfied with them



  • Showed more appropriate behaviors towards others

3. Poor Socialization:

  • Can not wait for his turn
  • Can not follow the rules of games or schedule of school
  • Difficulties in making friends


  • Understands sharing and taking turns with peer group
